This is an individual assessment. You are required to undertake a competitive analysis of an existing Australian hospitality organistaion. The report must make use of analytical tools such as SWOT, PESTLE, and Porter’s Five Forces.

You will analyse an Australian hospitality organization’s internal and external environments and recommend the optimal strategies to be more competitive and sustainable.

Some Australian hospitality organisations are, for example, Hilton Hotel (Darwin), Pullman Hotel Sydney, Bennelong SOH Restaurant, Bently Restaurant and Bar.

Note: You should select a SPECIFIC organisation in a specific geographical area, not a hotel group.
