Part A: Marking criteria for your Reflective Commentary (500 words)
1,The ability to identify a contemporary theme relevant to inter-professional practice and provide a rationale and justification (30%)
2.The ability to demonstrate how relevant policies, professional codes, organisational frameworks and approaches impact on inter-professional practice (30%)
3.The ability to reflect on personal and professional self-awareness and critically analyse your practice following participation in the Inter-Professional Group Meeting .(30%)
- The ability to provide a written commentary which offers suitable academic evidence and reflective ability, written in accordance with the requirements of the Harvard convention (10%).
For Part B your Report should address the following question:
Inter-professional practice in contemporary health and social care/public health settings: what are the opportunities and challenges.
You should offer a critical review of relevant theory, policy and ethical issues, organisational frameworks and partnership working (2500 words) in response to the following title:
Part B: Marking Criteria for your Report
- Discuss the central concepts of inter-professional practice and inter-professional working and be able to apply them to their own practice context (25%)
- Evaluate how different policies, professional codes, organisational frameworks and approaches impact on inter-professional practice with stakeholders, users and carers within a context of policy change (20%)
- Discuss critically the factors that promote or hinder inter-professional practice, including vision, culture, equality and diversity, joint solutions, accountability, risk management, information sharing and confidentiality (20%)
- Reflect on personal and professional self-awareness and critically analyse your practice and assumptions (25%)
- The ability to craft an academic Report and presented in accordance with the Harvard convention (10%)
